The price of each product on this website does not include any applicable tax. Taxes will be calculated during checkout.
We will process your order within 2-3 days after confirmation of the payment. Just a reminder that for Standard Delivery, you will receive your order anywhere from 15-30 days after the payment confirmation. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays, however, you may receive your items much earlier..
Express Delivery option is currently available to US, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and selected European Countries and on selected products only. Orders from Express Delivery Collection will be delivered anywhere between 8-15 days, however, you may receive your items much earlier. You will receive a shipping notification email including a tracking number that will notify you of the carrier we've used to ship your order so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
Our shipping department is open Monday to Friday. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise. If you order items with different availability, we will ship your order in separate packages. If your order is delayed due to an unforeseeable event, we will contact you via the email address or mobile number provided for the order. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays. There may be a delay in shipping if billing information is inaccurate, if billing and shipping addresses differ, or if the payment company discovers an issue. Our goal is to process and ship orders as soon as the products are ready to ship.
Our office and warehouse is closed for Public Holidays. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. If the items are available in our warehouse, all orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.
Your shipping address can not be modified online. If you have a change to your shipping address after placing an order, we ask that you contact us using the Live Chat button located on the lower right corner of your screen or sending us an email at email@example.com to request any modifications; please note, however, that once your order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Please also note, we do not ship the orders to P.O.Boxes. Some of the items need signature on delivery, therefore, someone must be available to receive the order otherwise, a note will be left to collect your order from your nearest courier location.
We use standard delivery service like ePacket to deliver all our products worldwide. We have express delivery options for USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand and selected European countries. All the products in the 'express delivery collection' will be available for express delivery to the above mentioned destinations. More shipping options are available at checkout.

If a package is undelivered and returned to our warehouse we are unable to re-ship it. Customers have to pay for the shipping cost again in order for us to schedule a delivery. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please make sure you provide correct and accurate shipping address upon checkout. We do not take any responsibility for any incorrect shipping address.
